ProxyRise provides proxy infrastructure for legitimate commercial and personal use cases including, but not limited to: web scraping, market research, ad verification, brand protection, SEO monitoring, price comparison, academic research, and privacy-enhancing internet browsing.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

ProxyRise does not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements, operate uninterrupted, be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

ProxyRise is designed and intended exclusively for lawful use. You must not use this Service for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise prohibited. Specifically prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Fraud, financial crimes, money laundering, or identity theft
• Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, databases, or accounts
• Distribution, hosting, or transmission of malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious software
• Sending spam, phishing emails, unsolicited bulk messages, or conducting SMS bombing
• Credential stuffing, brute-force password attacks, or account takeover campaigns
• Launching or facilitating distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, network flooding, or resource exhaustion attacks
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual or group
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), human trafficking, or exploitation of minors
• Copyright infringement, intellectual property theft, or circumvention of digital rights management (DRM)
• Circumventing sanctions, export controls, or other trade restrictions
• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without prior notice and without refund. Remaining credits will be forfeited. ProxyRise reserves the right to report serious violations to appropriate law enforcement agencies and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigations.

You are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring that your use of ProxyRise complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your jurisdiction and in any jurisdiction where your traffic is routed or where target services are located.

You are also responsible for compliance with the terms of service, acceptable use policies, and robots.txt directives of any websites, platforms, or services you access through our proxies. ProxyRise is not responsible for verifying your compliance with third-party terms.

You acknowledge that certain activities (such as automated data collection) may be regulated differently across jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to obtain legal advice and ensure your use case is lawful before routing traffic through ProxyRise.

ProxyRise relies on a distributed network of upstream proxy providers, hosting infrastructure, and third-party services. The following characteristics are dependent on factors outside our direct control and may vary without notice:

• Proxy IP quality, reputation scores, and block rates
• Geo-location accuracy (country, state, city, and ASN targeting)
• Connection speeds, latency, and throughput
• Availability of specific proxy types in specific locations
• Cryptocurrency payment processing availability and supported coins
• IP pool size and rotation frequency

We do not guarantee specific performance metrics, success rates, IP cleanliness scores, or uninterrupted availability for any proxy type or location. Service characteristics and available features may change at any time.

While our proxies mask your origin IP address by routing traffic through intermediary servers, ProxyRise does not guarantee complete anonymity, privacy, or undetectability. Your identity may still be discoverable through:

• Browser fingerprinting (canvas, WebGL, audio context, fonts)
• WebRTC leaks that may expose your real IP address
• DNS leaks or misconfigured proxy settings
• Behavioral analysis and traffic pattern correlation
• Login credentials, cookies, or other identifying information you transmit
• JavaScript-based tracking or device fingerprinting
• Legal orders compelling disclosure of connection records

ProxyRise is a proxy infrastructure service and is NOT a substitute for comprehensive operational security (OPSEC), a VPN, the Tor network, or other privacy tools. If your use case requires stronger privacy guarantees, you should implement additional layers of protection.

While we strive to provide accurate information on our website, dashboard, and documentation, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. This includes proxy count statistics, location coverage claims, uptime percentages, and performance benchmarks.

Any metrics, statistics, or claims presented on the ProxyRise website are approximate and may be based on historical data or estimates. Actual performance may vary based on time, location, target services, and network conditions.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PROXYRISE, ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProxyRise and its operators, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms, the Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Any content you transmit through the proxy network
• Any claim by a third party related to your proxy usage

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

ProxyRise shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions or regulations, power outages, internet backbone failures, upstream provider outages, cyberattacks against our infrastructure, or strikes and labor disputes.

ProxyRise does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interaction with third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
